We conduct leadership interaction & assessment with the shortlisted candidates. The candidate is first interviewed by our consultants, before a one-on-one with the EP leaders. The objective is to ensure that the interests of the candidate align with that of our clients.
Once the client has had the opportunity to meet and shortlist candidates, we have a team of experts who undertake the extensive Independent Reference Check. With the details garnered from this extensive process, we prepare a portfolio of information about the candidate that will enable clients to make informed leadership decisions.
The leadership integration and transition support are a major differentiating practice adopted by Executive Partners. We believe our responsibility to the client extends even after the talent acquisition process has been completed. In our Talent Entrenchment programme, we hold separate meetings with the candidate and the client a month after the candidate joins the company to get feedback from both parties regarding the placement. Another meeting takes place after six months, and a final one after one year.
